Anita is a designer specializing in bespoke assemblies and kit-of-parts. Her projects emphasize prototyping complex systems with a focus on accessible and efficient fabrication methods. She has an interest in soft robotics and inflatables, which originated from her thesis work on compliant systems for potential solar tracking. Recently, she has been exploring pneumatics across various mediums, adding an aesthetic flair to her designs.

Originally from New York, Anita is currently a pursuing a Master of Science in Architectural Studies (SMArchS) at MIT. She previously worked as a project associate at the Jenny Sabin Lab, where she was also a student, contributing to interdisciplinary design research.
